Opus series is divided into two main branches, the Traditional and the S. Traditional models feature 1950`s single-cut body shape, while the S models rock the classic double-cut shape. Both branches, of course, have heavily updated design, as well as Legator`s own hardware and electronics. Opus S Fanned-Fret 7-String starts off with a solid, double-cut body, composite-scale neck, passive electronics, and player-friendly neck. The list price is set at $1,285, which might be out of reach for some players. The color palette has the standard S options - Baby Blue and Sea Foam Green. Key features include a maple body, a fast maple neck, 24-fret maple fingerboard (26-1/2"-28" scale, dot inlays), Monorail bridge, slanted Legator pickups, and Legator tuners.
