For 2013 NAMM Show, PRS has unveiled numerous updates, of which one of the most important is renewed Custom 22. It is one splendid double-cut guitar with solid-body construction and set neck joint. It`s body is made of mahogany back and flamed maple top. Top is carved and offered in a multitude of color schemes with high gloss finish. Bridge section has two variants, Custom 22 can be ordered with stoptail bar bridge or a tremolo bridge. Pickups are HFS Treble and Vintage Bass humbuckers with master tone, master volume and a five-position blade switch. Neck is made of mahogany and it can be made with two contours, Pattern and Pattern Thin. Both variants are topped with a 22-fret rosewood fingerboard with bird inlays. Scale is 25" long and tuners are made by PRS.
