Custom 24 Tremolo is a model from the Solid Body series in Paul Reed Smith catalog. It comes with a super luxurious specs list and top shelf selection of tonewoods. Body of this distinguished double-cut is made of mahogany base and maple top. Flame maple is used for transparent finishes, while the solid colors come with plain maple top. Either way, the top is carved and finished in high gloss. Also, the rest of the body and the back of the neck are finished in gloss. Bridge section features a PRS tremolo bridge with nickel plating. HFS humbucker is installed in the bridge, while the neck position is occupied by a Vintage Bass humbucker. Neck is made of mahogany and it`s equipped with wide thin contour in the back. 24-fret fingerboard on it`s top is made of ebony.
