EX is the first and the most basic of three electric models in the new Jack Daniel`s series. It is slightly cheaper than its brethren - it costs $449.99. Also, besides the solid-bodied trio, Peavey offers a set of three steel-string dreadnoughts. Jack Daniel`s EX is a solid, single-cut guitar with simple construction, elegant, Jack Daniel`s inspired and approved design and high quality electronics. The chassis consists of a solid basswood body with a flat top and a bolt-on maple neck with a comfortable D profile in the back. A 22-fret fingerboard made of rosewood sits on top of the neck. Peavey-Designed humbuckers occupy the bridge and neck positions. They feature separate volume and tone knobs and a three-way toggle pickup switch. Perennial two-piece stoptail bridge behind the pickups and a set of vintage tuners on the headstock complete this rather exciting specs list.
