1996 AFG is a relatively new model in the Vintage series and it features the popular slim-line body contour. It means the body is thinner and more comfortable to play on. many describe this 1996 six-stringer as the smaller variant of the Rose Morris Export model. It comes with a semi-hollow body with 300 series design. body of this model is paired with a a set in neck and is made of maple. Standard two-piece bridge is installed on the top of the body, along with the white plastic pickguard. Bridge section, as well as the rest of the hardware, is plated in chrome. Rickenbacker`s own pickups are installed on the top, as well. Set in neck is made of rosewood, instead of maple and it is topped with a 21-fret rosewood fingerboard.
