In 2016, Schecter is celebrating 40 years in guitar business. A huge milestone (considering the fact that solid guitars have been around somewhat over six decades) and a big cause for celebration. Avenger 40th Anniversary is one of three celebratory models introduced at 2016 NAMM. Avenger 40th Anniversary rocks the majestic Snow Leopard Pearl coat and a custom-level set of specs. Offset double-cut body made of mahogany and quilt maple is joined by a set-in neck made of mahogany. On top of the slim C-shaped neck, Schecter installs a 24-fret fingerboard made of ebony. Schecter`s own Pasadena humbuckers come in with a basic controls unit. String-through TOM bridge and a set of Schecter`s own locking tuning machines give this beast perfect tuning stability.
