Blackjack series is one of the biggest and most popular series of electric guitars with Schecter badge. Models featured in this series range from intermediate to upper intermediate and even luxury class. Just like the Hellraiser, Damien and other major series, Blackjack is made up of models with many different body styles (C models, Solo LP models. Tempest, V, Avenger, etc). For 2014, Schecter has introduced a bunch of new models and Blackjack C-7 is one of them. It is a solid and double-cut guitar with passive electronics, 26-1/2" scale, set in neck and a 24-fret fingerboard. Body is solid, double-cut and made of mahogany. It is a standard C-7 body with a regular seven-saddled hardtail bridge on it`s top. In front of the bridge, Schecter installs a pair of passive Seymour Duncan humbuckers: Nazgul in the bridge position and Sentient in the neck. Vol/vol/tone (push/pull) combo of control knobs is accompanied by the series standard three-position blade switch. Mahogany neck is made of three pieces of wood and fit with a thin C contour in the back. On the top, there is a 24-fret fingerboard made of ebony.
