C models are the most standard guitars in the Schecter catalog. These are solid, double-cut guitars with carved tops. Also, the C Contour serves as a base for all the other series, such as Hellraiser, Damien, Black Jack and others. Nomenclature of C guitars is as follows: C-1 are six-stringers, C-7 models have seven strings and C-8 marks the eight-string guitars. C-1 FR brings the standard six-string concept with Floyd Rose bridge, instead of a tune-o-matic. Body of this model is completely made of mahogany. It is available in black with gloss finish and black hardware. Duncan Designed HB-105 pickups are installed in the front. Bolt on maple neck is topped with a standard 24-fret fingerboard made of dalbergia.
