Corsairs are powerful semi-hollow bodied guitars with Schecter`s own characteristic tone. Maple is the predominant material in this series, along with active humbucking pickups and set neck construction. Corsair 12 Special Edition features twelve-string construction and classic semi-hollow body design inspired by Gibson and Epiphone legends from 1950s and 1960s. It comes with a semi-hollow body made of maple back, sides and top. Black is the only color option Schecter assigns to this model. Creme binding and chrome-plated hardware contrast it magnificently. Bridge section is equipped with a hardtail bridge with string-through-body construction. Active humbucking pickups are installed in both the bridge and neck position, giving this Corsair unprecedented versatility and enough power to take on any challenge player throws at this unique six-stringer. Set in mahogany neck is topped with a 22-fret ebony fingerboard.
