As a recent addition to the well established range, Damien Platinum kicked off with extended range guitars (seven, eight and even nine-string models) already incorporated into the roster. Damien Platinum 7 LH is a simple, straightforward seven-string with an almost baritone scale (26-/") and a plethora of series` standard features. For starters, the solid C-7 mahogany body is matched with a three-piece maple neck. 24-fret rosewood fingerboard is found on top of the neck. Satin Black paint job with Silver/Platinum binding and satin chrome hardware is the only color option throughout the roster. Adapted EMG 81 and 85 (81-7 and 85-7) pickups are found in the bridge and neck positions, respectively. Schecter`s tune-o-matic bridge and Grover`s locking tuners can keep the tuning and intonation in perfect check even through multiple-hour sessions.
