E-1 Koa is a half of the Koa Collection series` current lineup (the other half is C-1 Koa). It brings a modern take on the classic E(xplorer) concept, with edgy design, face-melting tone (courtesy of Schecter`s USA San Andreas open-pole cannons), and stripped-down styling. main features include a flat-top E-style body, set-in neck w/24-3/4" scale, passive electronics, and mixed Schecter/Tonepros hardware. Natural Satin (w/black hardware, black body/headstock/neck binding, satin neck finish) is the only available color option. Other notable features include a solid mahogany body base, flat koa top (two-piece), three-piece mahogany neck (ultrathin C profile, glued-in joint), 22-fret ebony fingerboard, TOM/stoptail bridge unit, and Schecter locking tuners.
