Hellraiser C-8 Special is a model from the entry line of the Hellraiser series. It comes with eight-string construction and 26-1/2" scale. This scale is Schecter`s standard for both the seven and eight-string axes. This one is equipped with a classic C body with double cutaway, carved top and set in neck joint. Back of the body is made of top quality mahogany, while the top is made of quilted maple. Both Black Cherry and See Thru Black are finished in gloss and have black chrome hardware. Eight-stringers from Schecter come with hipshot bridges and this one is no exception. In front of the eight-saddled hipshot bridge, Schecter installs a pair of EMGs. Set in neck is made of maple and it`s topped with a 24-fret rosewood fingerboard.
