Hellraiser Extreme is the top tier of the Hellraiser domain. It was introduced a couple of years ago when only the standard Hellraiser and Hellraiser Special tiers existed. For 2014, it is being updated with several models and C-7 M is one of them. It is the same model as the C-7 E (also Hellraiser Extreme model introduced for 2014). The only difference is the fingerboard material, this one has a flamed maple fingerboard, while the E model has ebony fingerboard. Body of this extreme Hellraiser is solid, double-cut and fit with a carved top made of quilted maple. Base of the body is made of mahogany wings and maple/walnut neck. Black and white binding is featured around the top, creating the perfect contrast to the vibrant Crimson Red Burst Satin color of the body. Tune-o-matic bridge with seven saddles is installed on the top. EMG 81-7 and 707TW are installed in the bridge and neck positions, respectively. Maple/walnut neck is thin, smooth and super fast. Maple fingerboard on it`s top has 24 extra jumbo frets with pearl Gothic cross inlays. Schecter`s locking tuners on the headstock complete the specs list.
