Jeff Loomis Electric Guitars by Schecter
Jeff Loomis and Schecter Guitars have managed to swipe the guitar world off its feet, once more. This time around, instead of C-1/7 and V, new signature model rocks the otherworldly cool Cygnus body contour. The pointy design resembles a cross between the Explorer front and asymmetrical V tail.
Jeff Loomis Cygnus JLX-1 FR kicks off with a solid and beveled body made of swamp ash wings and quilt maple top. The central part of the body is made up by the fast and slim maple neck. On top of the neck, Schecter installs the traditional 24-fret maple fingerboard with black metal cross inlays (16" radius, XJ frets, 1.625" locking nut). Seymour Duncan Jeff Loomis Signature humbuckers combo fills the bridge and neck positions, featuring a minimal controls unit. Floyd Rose 1500 series bridge and Grover tuners complete this magnificent beast.
