Omen 8 is a model from the basic line of Omen segment. The Omen series is divided into regular, Active and Extreme tiers. Regular one, which is named just Omen and Active Omen are sibling lines, offering the same models with passive and active electronics, respectively. Extreme Omen models are positioned above them. Omen 8 comes with passive Schecter pickups in H/H configuration. They have master volume, master tone and a three-way toggle pickup switch. Bridge behind the pickups is a hipshot with eight saddles and string-through-body construction. Basswood, the standard body wood of this series is present on this 26-1/2" scaled eight-stringer. It is carved on top and finished in gloss. Bolt-on neck is made of maple and it`s topped with a 24-fret rosewood fingerboard.
