Schecter`s Omen Solo-6 2012 has got a twin brother, Omen Solo-6 2012 Left Handed. This model covers all of the players who want a good, solid metal axe in shape of Les Paul and in boundaries of some affordable price range. Being a left handed version, it shares almost all of the features with it`s right-hand counterpart. Omen Solo-6 2012 Left Handed comes as a solid, single cutaway guitar with a body made of basswood. It has a bound carved top and, currently only one color option, black gloss. The bridge is the same as on the right-hand version, a six-saddle tune-o-matic with black chrome plating and string-through-body construction. As far as the pickups department is concerned, things remain the same here with a pair of passive Schecter Diamond Plus humbuckers. Controls are made up of master tone, master volume and a three-way toggle switch. The neck is made of maple and has a bolt-on joint as all other Omen models. The fingerboard is made of rosewood and equipped with 22 extra jumbo frets and semi-gothic pearloid set of inlays. The scale of this model, since it is a single cutaway model is a bit shorter and measures at 24-3/4 inches. The MSRP for Omen Solo-6 2012 Left Handed is set at $499.
