Custom is usually the top tier in regular series and Schecter`s S-1 is no exception to this unwritten rule. S-1 series models are based on the classic Gibson SG design with Schecter`s own characteristic styling and tone. S-1 Custom Left Handed shares the title of the flagship model with it`s right-handed counterpart with which it also shares the specs list. It has a solid, double-cut body made of mahogany back and flamed maple top. Dark Vintage Sunburst is the only color option available for this model and it comes with a high gloss finish. Tune-o-matic bridge is backed up by a stoptail bar and it`s fronted by a pair of active humbuckers. Set in mahogany neck is topped with a 22-fret ebony fingerboard.
