Along with the likes of the Brandon Small`s Dethklok and cult Spinal Tap, Cheech & Chong`s Alice Bowie Band, Alice Bowie Band has traversed the boundaries and garnered huge following in the real world. Today in 2015, Special Edition Solo-6 Cheech & Chong Alice Bowie Guitar is one of the best ever signatures dedicated to fictional musicians and fictional bands. Body of this crazy Special Edition Solo-6 is made of mahogany and it`s paired with a thin-profiled maple neck. There is a 22-fret rosewood fingerboard on its top. Abalone inlaid fingerboard has a regular 1.653" wide TUSQ string nut. Radius is a standard one, measuring pretty flat 14". Since it belongs in the Special Edition section, Cheech & Chong signature also comes with a special paint scheme. Dark and light blue stripes base and C & C Alice Bowie Band caricature top layer complete the theme of this axe. Schecter`s own Diamond Alnico Plus pickup in the bridge position makes sure this axe is also a properly functioning and sounding rock guitar. Sole tune-o-matic bridge behind the pickup and Schecter`s own tuners wrap up the list of major features.
