Rockit is one of the solid-bodied electrics Made by Silvertone Guitars. It is a tribute to both the iconic SG and the double-cut variant of the cult Les Paul guitar. Double-cut LP contours fit very nicely with the classic SG styling. Silvertone makes this solid six-stringer with an alder body and maple neck. These two tonewoods are not so common materials for the Gibson-based models, they`re more associated with Fender-based guitars and basses. Rockit is offered in the traditional Wine Red with gloss finish, chrome hardware and black plastic pickguard. Two -piece bridge unit is made up of the tune-o-matic bridge and stoptail bar. Two active humbucking pickups are installed in the front. Maple neck is topped with a standard 22-fret rosewood fingerboard.
