Contemporary Active Stratocaster HH is the boldest, most extrovert member of the Contemporary series` roster. It is the only model with active electronics, as well as with a Floyd Rose double-locking bridge. Truth be told, the pickups are the stock Squier option, while the bridge is a licensed one. Only Olympic White and Flat Black color options are available, both sporting black hardware, black plastics, matching headstocks, and gloss finish. Like the remainder of the series, the new Active Stratocaster HH`s price tag hasn`t been revealed on the official site. Other notable features include a solid and double-cut poplar body, modern maple neck w/four-bolt joint & modern C profile, 22-fret rosewood fingerboard (12" radius, dot inlays, 1.65" locking nut), and die-cast tuning machines.
