Squier and Fender share the models and series names for the most part of the catalog and Squier has a task of offering Fender models to the lower portions of the Market. Vintage Modified Series is inspired by the players who modified their Fenders in the past with hotter pickups, doing custom paint jobs and many other stuff. Vintage Modified Jagmaster is coming with a solid Jazzmaster/Jaguar body made of alder. As is the tradition with Fender and Squier models, there is no binding around the flat top. Color options available for this model are three-color sunburst and black. The bridge on Jagmaster is a vintage style synchronized tremolo with string-thru-body construction, chrome plating and vintage style tremolo arm. Pickup combo is made up of Duncan Designed humbucking pickups both in the bridge and neck positions. There are master volume, two tone knobs and a three-way toggle switch in the controls department. Standard maple neck is equipped with C shape and four bolt joint. Back of the neck is finished in polyurethane. The fingerboard is made of rosewood and sports 21 medium jumbo frets with dot position inlays. Fingerboard radius is 9.50", synthetic bone is 1.65" wide and the scale is Jaguar`s standard 24" long. The MSRP for vintage Modified Jagmaster is set at $499.99.
