Vintage Modified Jazzmaster Special is really a special guitar from the Squier Vintage Modified series. It offers the quality of both the tone and build, worthy of a much pricier guitar. Body of this outstanding Jazzmaster comes with a recognizable shape bolt-on neck joint construction. It`s made of alder, instead of series standard cedar, which ensures the classic Fender tone. Pair of fat single-coil pickups deliver all the power and detail, Jazzmasters are known for. Versatility and subtlety are also great qualities of these pickups. Master volume, master tone and three-way toggle pickup switch complete the controls unit. Solid alder body is paired with a maple-made neck with the classic C contour in the back. Maple fingerboard installed on it`s top is equipped with a regular set of 21 frets with black dot inlays.
