Boden OS series currently offers six, seven and eight-stringed models, all of which feature Strandberg`s unique headless construction, recessed body (the original Strandberg body shape) and compound scales (fanned frets, also). Boden OS 6 Tremolo comes in with a chambered and double-cut body, made of swamp ash base and flamed maple top (2-piece top). The neck is made of three pieces of maple and two pieces of rosewood (alternatively, carbon graphite). Rosewood and birdseye maple fingerboards are available for Boden OS 6 Tremolo. Both feature 20" radius, fanned frets and offset dot inlays. The electronics section is equipped with a set of two passive Seymour Duncan pickups (JB in the bridge, Jazz in the neck). Other major features include Strandberg`s own tremolo bridge and string locks at the opposite end.
