Solidbody series from Taylor Guitars is dedicated to the production of the exclusive electric guitars with solid body construction. The basic model of the series is the single cut, which features the Les Paul-like design infused with the original and elegant Taylor styling. Solidbody Custom is among the top models of the series and it is made of sapele back with walnut top. Top is carved and bound in abalone binding. There is no pickguard on this model. Along with walnut, koa is also available for the top. Standard Taylor hardtail bridge is installed on the top. It is plated in chrome and it`s fronted with a pair of active Taylor humbuckers. Neck on this model is made of sapele and it is topped with a 22-fret ebony fingerboard.
