EG-1 is a single-cut electric guitar made by Traveler Guitars. It belongs with the highly successful Escape series. EG-1 features all of the hallmark appointments of the classic Traveler design. There is no headstock and the tuners are installed beneath the body. They`re easily accessible through the holes in the body. Body itself is solid, single-cut and made of mahogany. Mahogany is also used for the neck. Vintage Gold and Mahogany Red are the color options assigned to this single-cut six-stringer. They`re both finished in gloss and have chrome-plated hardware. Bridge on this model is a tune-o-matic and it features only one zebra-coiled humbucker in the front. Mahogany neck is topped with either a rosewood, or ebony fingerboard.
