Excalibur Shawn Lane model comes with a solid, double cutaway body made of two centrally-joined pieces of alder. The top features no bindings or top wood covers, as the alder itself is flamed. The bridge on this model is a classic, regular tremolo bridge with string-through-body construction. Also, it features chrome plating. Pickups combo on this model features three DiMarzio pickups in H/S/H configuration. These pickups are passive and controlled through a setup of master volume, master tone and five-position blade switch. The neck on this model is made of maple and equipped with D contour. It is bolted to the body. Rosewood fingerboard on this Excalibur sports 24 medium frets, dot position inlays and 1.65" wide teflon string nut. Vigier tuners and varnish gloss finish wrap the specs.
