Parallaxe is a range dedicated to metal players and Washburn`s answer to the modern metal guitar trends. It is divided into several sub-series, much like Ibanez`s Iron Label, and features peppered up versions of the regular Washburn electrics.
PXL100 is the intermediate PXL series option and it offers a beveled single-cut body, short 24-3/4" scale, metal-oriented pickups, simple & elegant styling, and high-quality hardware. Color palette contains two options - White and Black (black hardware, black plastics, and gloss finish on both). Core construction features include a solid mahogany body, set-in mahogany neck (heel-less joint), and 24-fret ebony fingerboard (12th fret Parallaxe inlay, 1-11/16" graphite nut).
Other notable options include a string-through TOM bridge, Duncan Designed pickups (passive on Black, active on White), and Grover tuners.
