Dark Swamp Ash
The extended range PXS29 models are there for players who find the regular 24-fret fingerboard too short and limiting. Currently, there are two 29-fret models in the PXS lineup, one with six strings and the other with seven.
PXS29-7FRDSAM is the seven-stringed option. It costs around $1,000 and offers a modified PXS body (ultra-deep cutaway, modified neck joint), standard 25-1/2" scale, passive electronics (modified layout), and simple styling. Dark Swamp Ash is the name of the only available color option. Core construction features include a solid swamp ash body, maple neck (fast Parallaxe profile), and 29-fret ebony fingerboard (dot inlays, 1.89" locking string nut).
PXS29-7FRDSAM also has a Floyd Rose 1000 series bridge, Seymour Duncan pickups (TB6B/SSL5-7), and Grover tuners.
