WM526 is a model from the WM series of double-cut electric guitars from Washburn. All models form this series feature modern design and tone, with which Washburn aims at younger metalheads. This series is Washburn`s response to the invasion of Japanese mid to upper mid class metal axes. WM 526 is the flagship of the series and it comes with a solid mahogany body. It is carved on top and equipped with a set in neck joint. There are two color options available for this model, Black and Metallic Red. Both are finished in high gloss. Double-locking Floyd Rose tremolo bridge is fronted by a pair of active EMG pickups. The neck on this model is made of mahogany and it features ultra thin contour in the back. 24-fret rosewood fingerboard is on top.
