XM PRO2F is the same model as the XM PRO2FR, but with a tune-o-matic bridge instead of a Floyd Rose. Other than that, these two are almost identical. XM PRO2F comes with a solid, double-cut body made of mahogany back and maple top. Top is made of two pieces of flamed maple and it features Washburn`s characteristic contour. There`s only one color option Washburn assigns to this model, it`s Black Burst. It`s finished in high gloss. Tune-o-matic bridge is alone and it features string-through construction. Washburn installs a pair of open-coil humbuckers on this model. Master volume, master tone and a three-way toggle pickup switch comprise the controls unit. Set in mahogany neck is topped with a 24-fret ebony fingerboard.
