Wylde Audio is Zakk Wylde`s brand of thoroughbred metal axes, made in collaboration with Schecter Guitar Research. All of the models have either classic body shapes or their hybrids, all heavily inspired by Zakk`s signature line at Gibson USA and Gibson Custom. Barbarian Blackout is a no-frills metal beast, made for the heaviest and dirtiest tasks on both the rhythm and lead sides. Solid & beveled body, set-neck construction, active electronics, and premium hardware set this Barbarian apart from the rest of the SG-inspired axes. Main construction features include a solid mahogany body (available only in black), 3-piece maple neck, and 22-fret ebony fingerboard (block inlays, jumbo frets, 1.69" TUSQ nut). Other notable features include a two-piece hardtail bridge, Grover tuners, and EMG`s iconic 81/85 pickups combo.
