Ibanez ART500E comes with a carved top mahogany body paired with a set neck. Bridge is a version of the Tune-o-matic bridge with a stoptail bar, which is called Gibraltar III in Ibanez catalogue. Active EMG humbucking power plants in bridge and neck position give bucket loads of sustain and supreme distortion. EMG 81 is located in the bridge and EMG 60 in the neck position. Separate volume and a master tone knob comprise the control section of the guitar. Classical three-way toggle is placed as the pickup switch. Set mahogany neck has a very slick ART shape and features a bound rosewood fingerboard with 22 medium frets and block inlays.
