A contest is being held for the promotion of the new Rancher series. Gretsch Guitars give away six G5022CE acoustic-electric guitars.
Recently, Gretsch Guitars have revived the legendary Rancher series with five brand new models. G5022CE is one of them, and it will be the main prize of this contest. Six of them will be given away at the end of the contest to the lucky winners. Contestants may enter the competition by filling the form on the official Gretsch page. It is available for the applicants from: United States, Canada, United Kingdom, Mexico, Spain, Argentina, Germany Sweden, Norway and Denmark. June 6th is the day that the contest ends, and on June 11th winners will be announced. Contestants which have reached the age of maturity in their respective countries are eligible to enter the competition.
And now, a few words about the prize. Gretsch G5022CE is a jumbo-shaped acoustic-electric guitar with a single cutaway body made of flamed maple back and sides with solid spruce top. Rosewood bridge comes with a belly shape and white string pins. In the electronics department G5022 features a Sonicore under-saddle pickup and Isys+ preamp, both provided by Fishman. The neck on this model is made of mahogany and it is topped with a rosewood fingerboard. 21 frets, neo-classic thumb inlays and 1.6875" wide nut complete the fingerboard.
