Fernandes Guitars continue the action dedicated to the Vertigo line of guitars with two giveaways and one big discount.
Vertigo is one of the essential models in the Fernandes lineup, one of the pillars of the catalog. In 1998 Vertigo was named the Vertigo and the rest is history, for this model helped shape the sound of some very important bands in past decade and a half. In order to pay a well deserved tribute to one of their most important models, Fernandes Guitars are organizing an extensive, multi-event action named Vertigo Fall, where the main thing is the promotion of Vertigo and it`s several variants. This time around Fernandes introduces two contests, one to Vulcan X and one to Triturador Bass. Third event is a big time discount for Vertigo owners.
The first contest is giving away one Vulcan X Satanica guitar with Dia de los Muertos graphic on the top. This contest may be entered through band`s official Facebook fan page. One must first like both the band and Fernandes and then proceed to fill out the simple form. First name, last name and email address are required. Vulcan X is the basic model from the Vulcan series and it offers a modern-shaped solid body made of alder paired with a bolted maple neck. Bridge section is made up of a tune-o-matic bridge in the front and stoptail bar in the back. Fernandes passive humbuckers are installed in front of the bridge. Maple neck is topped with a rosewood fingerboard with 24 jumbo frets. Die-cast tuners and 25-1/2" scale complete the specs list. Triturador Deluxe is a modern-shaped, solid-bodied bass made of mahogany body and maple-made, set-through neck. Two-piece bridge is made up of tune-o-matic bridge in front and stoptail bar in the back. Pickups are EMG-35DC in both the bridge and neck. Volume, blend and tone knobs are accompanied by the Gain on/off mini switch. Rosewood fingerboard has 22 jumbo frets.
