As the fifth installment of the luxurious 10 for `15 series, Fender`s American Standard Telecaster has received an extra horn, along with the American Standard series staple features.
In Fender`s long and rich history there have been scores upon scores of great guitars. Some of them peered far into the future, some were the mirror images of the times they were made in, and some of them brought back the best from the past. Fender`s American Standard series has traditionally corresponded to the needs and demands of the contemporary players. Its models have always been on the cutting edge, combining the modern tone and appointments with the very best of the traditional Fender features. And though not as adventurous as some other brands out there, Fender has made a significant effort to shake things up from time to time. Today, in 2015, Telecaster is once again being reimagined and revitalized. The fifth model of the 10 for `15 series comes with a seldom seen double-cut Tele contour. The name of this rare bird is American Standard Double-Cut Telecaster.
