Awesome Session Series Introduced by Schecter

Affordbale and stripped down, Session basses are a dream come true for every studio musician, as they bring simplicity, huge variety of tones and fantastic playability.

For the summer of 2014, Schecter is updating the catalog of electric bass guitars with a brand new four-model series named Session. Name of this amazing line of four and five-stringed basses reveals it`s ultimate purpose - use in studio and recording sessions. Modern, stripped down, powerful and versatile are the right words to describe these four gems. Riot 4 Session, Riot 5 Session, Stiletto 4 Session and Stiletto 5 Session comprise the initial lineup of the Session series. While the Riot models are made for players who prefer carved-top bodies, Stilettos are traditionally flat. All four models are very affordable and can be considered bargains compared to quality, playability and versatility they offer in return. Riot 4 and Stiletto 4 models have the MSRP set at $599, while the five-stringers cost $50 more.

Schecter Riot 4 Session is a solid and double-cut bass with a carved-top body made of swamp ash. Bolt-on neck on this model is made of maple. Other major specs include a hardtail bridge with four saddles, active EMG pickups and a 24-fret maple fingerboard.
