Dean MAB1 Speed Of Light is the first of three guitars introduced into the MAB signature series this January. It comes with a modern double-cut body made of alder. Top is carved and equipped with a "Speed of Light" graphic. In front of the Floyd Rose bridge Dean installs a set of 81 bridge humbucker, 85 neck humbucker and SA single coil in the middle. Dean MAB 7-String Warrior comes with a solid, double-cut body made of alder. Top features beveled edges and a custom "Warrior" graphic. EMG 707 pickups are installed in both the bridge and neck positions. Behind them Dean installs a seven-saddled Floyd Rose bridge. Neck on this model is made of maple and it features classic C contour in the back. 24-fret ebony fingerboard has block inlays. Dean MAB7 Classic Black is a solid, double-cut guitar with beveled edges and it`s made of basswood. Body of this guitar features bolt on neck joint and it`s paired with a thin maple neck. Floyd Rose bridge has seven saddles and it`s fronted with a pair of DMT Design pickups. 24-fret fingerboard is made of rosewood and it has block inlays. Dean RC7 Exotic is the only new Rusty Cooley model unveiled at this year`s NAMM show. It comes with a classic double-cut body made of alder base an quilt maple top. Bridge on this model is seven-saddle Floyd Rose tremolo. Also, this model features EMG`s 707 pickups in both the bridge and neck positions. Dean Palomino Deep Purple is a model from Palomino line of hollow guitars. It has a vintage-styled single-cut body made of maple. Top is bound in creme, covered with black pickguard and decorated with bound "f" holes. Gold-plated tune-o-matic bridge is backed by a trapezoid tailpiece. Three P-90 pickups are installed in front of the bridge. Set maple neck has C contour in the back and it`s topped with a 20-fret rosewood fingerboard. Dean Palomino Flame Maple is the second and last update of this series and it comes with pretty similar specs to those of Palomino Deep Purple. The main difference is that this model is made of flame maple instead of plain maple. Gold-plated hardware, three P-90 pickups, elevated pickguard, set maple neck and 20-fret rosewood fingerboard complete the specs list. Dean Colt Hollow Body w/Piezo is the last electric guitars update introduced at 2013 NAMM show. It comes with a semi-hollow body made of plain maple. Carved top is bound and decorated with a pair of "f" holes. Elevated pickguard is also featured on the top. Tune-o-matic bridge is backed by a stoptail bar. In the front, there are DMT Design active humbuckers. Set maple neck is topped with a 22-fret rosewood fingerboard.
