Warwick introduced two brand new Corvette $$ models in their Custom Shop series. They come with some amazing color options and top notch tone quality.
Custom shops and special edition series are the best place for experimentation and introduction of exclusive features. Luxury and innovation are every custom shop`s paramount principles, and Warwick Custom Shop is no exception. This time around, Warwick Custom Shop comes with a pair of stunning Double Buck Corvette models: Corvette $$ SE Colour Storm and Corvette $$ SE Stone Bleached. These models come with some fantastic colors, such as Stone Bleached Black, Stone Bleached Red, Stone Bleached Blue and California Buckeye Burl Blue for the Stone Bleached model. On the other side, Colour Storm model features Explosion, Steelflower and Galaxy options.
Warwick Corvette $$ SE Colour Storm is a solid-bodied double cutaway model and it comes with swamp ash body. In order to accentuate the amazing color options on this model, Warwick opted to go without a pickguard. Bridge is regular Warwick bass option, it`s made of two pieces and it features string-through construction. MEC provides both the pickups and electronics. Pickups come in passive H/H configuration, while the electronics are active. Ovangkol neck is bolted to the body and covered with a standard wenge fingerboard. 24 frets feature no inlays and the string nut is made of brass. Warwick Corvette $$ SE Stone Bleached is the second model introduced by Warwick`s Custom Shop, and it comes with standard Corvette body with double cutaway construction and bolted neck. The most prominent feature on this model are it`s color options. Top is made of birdseye poplar and it`s available in four splendid color options. All come with high gloss finishing. Warwick two-piece bridge is plated in chrome. Combination of passive pickups and active electronics is also applied on this model. Pickups are MEC full-sized humbuckers, with electronics also being made by MEC. Ovangkol neck is covered with a 24-fret wenge fingerboard.
