Epiphone Les Paul Junior comes with a solid mahogany body with a flat top and without a flamed maple cap characteristic for the upper scale models. Wraparound bridge gives absolute control of the tone and tuning with great stability. One uncovered Epiphone 700T humbucker is placed in the bridge position and provides great sustain and tonal properties for the Junior. Controls are simple and consist of a master tone and master volume knobs.
Neck on this model is made of mahogany and has a bolt-on joint with a Slim Taper profile. Comfortable and fast, this neck blends the grip of the rhythm oriented guitars with the sleek contour of the lead oriented guitars. Rosewood fingerboard features 22 frets and dot inlays. Other features include: 12" fingerboard radius, 24-3/4" scale, 1.68" wide synthetic bone nut, nickel hardware, a pickguard and polyurethane finish. It is available in: Vintage Sunburst, Heritage Cherry Sunburst, Cherry, Ebony, Trans Blue and Alpine White color schemes. MSRP is set at $215.
