Gibson`s USA division dedicates a Les Paul Standard to one of the greatest legends of blues and rock guitar, late Mr Gary Moore.
From the lead guitar duties in 1970s hard rock outfits Skid Row and Thin Lizzy, to defining modern blues anthems in 1980s 1990s, Gary Moore has blazed a trail on the guitar sky so strong, that it will not be matched for ages to come. His unique style and enchanting tone offered a beautiful and intense journey through the golden halls of blues, rock and hard rock. Gary`s dedication and love for music shone in every recording and concert throughout his career, until it came to an abrupt halt, due to his untimely death in 2011. A passion so strong, that it still mesmerizes millions around the world. He played a myriad of guitars throughout his career, but Peter Green`s 1959 Les Paul was an axe he always loved to go back to. Today, Gibson USA is unveiling Gary Moore Les Paul Standard in Gary`s honor. It is a splendid six-stringer with huge tone and marvelous looks.
