Six electric basses are being introduced into the 2014 Gibson USA catalog. Two SG models, two EB models, one T-Bird and one Midtown comprise the list of novelties.
For 2014, Gibson`s 120th year in the business, entire catalog has been refurnished with new models, new colors and new hardware appointments. No new series were introduced, instead the existing ones were extended to reflect both the immense respect for the glorious past the Gibson brand has had in the 120 years of it`s existence and the optimistic look into a, hopefully, even brighter future. There`s a total of six electric basses introduced. 2014 SG Special Bass and 2014 SG Standard Bass belong to the SG series, 2014 EB Bass 4-String and 2014 EB Bass 5-String reinforce the EB line, 2014 Midtown Signature Bass belongs to the vintage Midtown series, while the 2014 Thunderbird is the new head of the Thunderbird tribe.
