Gretsch G6120 Eddie Cochran Signature Hollow Body
What sets G6120 apart is its specially designed "open" internal body design combined with DynaSonic single coil bridge pickup and Lindy Fralin "dog ear" single coil neck pickup. Three-ply arched maple top is coupled with three-ply maple back and sides and features parallel bracing and double bound "f" holes. The body has a two-ply white-black binding. Two piece maple neck is bound in a single-ply white binding and sports a polished brass nut and 22 fret rosewood fingerboard with western-themed inlays. Bridge on this beauty is compensated aluminum bridge with a rosewood base and Bigsby B6GBVF tailpiece. In the hardware department there are gold plated Grover tuners, translucent plexi pickguard with Gretsch logo and "G" arrow control knobs. Available in Western Maple Stain finish.
Nashville single cutaway body shape is adorned with a marvelous gloss urethane finish and a "G" arrow carving above the bridge. Electronics include master volume, bridge volume, neck volume and master tone. Pickup switch has three positions. Fingerboard radius measures at 9.5", nut width is 1.6875" and scale 24.6" in length. Truss rod cover bears Eddie Cochran`s signature and side position markers are red.

More than 40 years after Eddie`s death, Gretsch decides to pay tribute to the pioneer of rock`n`roll, Eddie Cochran. G6120EC is an exact replica of his modified Gretsch, and it comes in fifty copies only. Crafted by master luthiers from the Gretsch Custom Shop, this guitar brings back the sound of the legend.
Beautiful Nashville single cutaway body is made out of arched maple top and maple back and sides. Top of the body also features over-sized, double bound "f" holes and a "G arrow" carved above the tailpiece. G6120 has Seymour Duncan DynaSonic single coil pickup in the bridge position and Seymour Duncan "Dog Ear" single coil in the neck position. Controls include master volume, bridge pickup volume, neck pickup volume and master tone. Pickup switch is a three-way toggle. 3 piece walnut-maple-walnut set neck is topped with bound rosewood fingerboard, 22 frets and western block inlays. Fingerboard radius is 9", scale 24.6" and nut width measures at 43mm (1.6875"). Bridge is rosewood based aluminum with Bigsby B6GPVF Vibrato tailpiece. Tuners are Gotoh SE700-05M Vintage Style and hardware is aluminum with golden plating.
