With the brand new Operator models Dean is paying tribute to the brave US soldiers who fought in Afghanistan.
The story of the brave US Special Operations soldiers who rode on horseback into the Northern Afghanistan in order to organize the local tribes into what became the Northern Alliance is one of the brightest and heart moving examples of bravery, camaraderie and patriotism ever recorded. These brave men are being honored by Dean Guitars, a brand known for it`s outspoken patriotism and support for men and women who fought and bled for America. For the fall of 2014, Dean is introducing a special run of the Operator series. It features one acoustic and one solid-bodied electric model. Exhibition Ultra Operator is the acoustic option, while the Thoroughbred Stealth Operator makes up the solid-bodied half of this fearsome duo. Only sixteen copies of each model will be made with $50 of every purchase being donated to the Special Operations Warriors Foundation.
