USA division, on the other side, has received Bill Kelliher 'Golden Axe' Explorer and 50th Anniversary Firebird.
Gibson Custom Chris Cornell ES-335 is a semi-hollow guitar with double-cut body made of maple and poplar with solid maple block in the center. Neck on this supreme 335 is made of mahogany and it features a set in joint. Olive Drab Green variant is equipped with a Bigsby tremolo bar, while the flat black option offers a classic tune-o-matic bridge with a stoptail bar. Lollartron pickups offer the magnificent mix of full, thick Gibson tone and late '50s twang. 22-fret fingerboard on top of the neck is made of rosewood. Gibson Custom 1959 VOS Les Paul Standard Reissue is one of several 1959 Les Paul tribute models, as it remains the most popular of all Les Paul models in it`s long and rih history. Unchambered mahogany body is topped with a gorgeous flame maple top and paired with a set in mahogany neck. Custom Buckers are being featured on top of the body, giving this mind-blowing six-stringer the classic tone true to the late 1950s humbuckers. Tune-o-matic bridge is backed up by a stoptail bar. Fingerboard on this model features 22 medium jumbo frets, trapezoid inlays and 12" radius. Gibson USA Bill Kelliher 'Golden Axe' Explorer is the epitome of heavy. It`s tone, driven by LACE Nitro Hemi humbuckers, is controlled through master volume and two tone knobs. Master volume and neck tone feature push-pull switches for coil splitting. This model`s available in Gold Burst with gold-plated hardware, creme binding and glossy finish. Gibson USA 50th Anniversary Firebird is the fourth and last model reviewed in this article. It is the second of two Gibson USA reinforcements. Body of this exclusive Firebird is made of mahogany wings and mahogany neck. It`s flat on top and it features the Gold Burst color scheme with gold-plated hardware and gloss finish. Bune-o-matic bridge is backed up by a stoptail bar. In the front, Gibson installs a pair of minibuckers with standard controls. The neck is topped with a 22-fret rosewood fingerboard.
