Ibanez introduces six new models into the Iron Label series and a new Meshuggah signature. Three eight-stringers, two seven-stringers and two six-stringers.
Ibanez is one of the busiest brands in the guitar business. The pace at which they introduce new models and series is quite staggering. Also, the vastness and versatility of their catalog are pretty much unmatched on both the guitar and bass markets. This time, Ibanez introduces seven models, one signature and six Iron Label models. The signature is an update to very popular Meshuggah signature series. The new model is named M80M. Iron Label has received two six-stringers, two seven-stringers and two eight-stringers. SIX70FDBG, SIX27FDBG, SIX28FDBG, SIR70FD, SIR27FD and SIR28FD. All six of the Iron Label novelties come from the legendary S series. All feature carved tops, 24-fret fingerboards and classic S series construction.
Ibanez M80M is a solid and double-cut model with spartan styling and passive electronics. It features a body made of ash and a five-piece neck made of maple and walnut. Fixed variant of the Edge III trem bridge is installed on the top of the body, as is the mighty Lundgren humbucker. Master volume and master tone knobs are featured in the controls section. 24-fret rosewood fingerboard wraps the specs.
