Brand new HB Custom expands the Pete Anderson series infusing even more style and grace into his already mind-blowing signature line.
As a songwriter, producer and performing and recording musician, Pete Anderson requires the best and the finest instruments in his arsenal, for on his level of operation no mediocre guitar could suffice. Also, due to the astonishingly wide range of styles and genres Pete performs, records and produces, his guitars must be versatile, extremely well built and supremely comfortable to play. This is where Reverend Guitars enter the stage. With a wide catalog of solid, semi-hollow and fully hollow guitars, Reverend Guitars cover pretty much everything, except the extreme forms of metal music. But, as versatile as their catalog is, it is always a challenge to come up with a tone machine as versatile as the new Pete Anderson HB Custom. This is literally an equivalent of the Swiss army knife in the guitar world. Everything from the slow delta blues, to rock and roll, to soul and gospel, to funk, jazz and modern rock is achievable with this sweet little rocker. Vintage styling, supreme tone and playability grace this HB.
Reverend Pete Anderson HB Custom is a fully hollow single-cut with active electronics, classic construction and vintage styling. It is made for all the players out there who want one guitar to cover everything from acoustic blues to hard rock. It rocks a laminated maple (back and sides) and laminated spruce (top) body, along with a mahogany neck. Pickups on this babe are made by Reverend. These active humbuckers are fit with an elaborate controls unit. Mahogany neck is topped with a 22-fret ebony fingerboard and has a very comfortable medium oval profile in the back.
