Fender`s Standard series is being reinforced with a pair of eccentric and vividly coloured classics, One Strat HSS and one regular Telecaster.
Fender`s Strat and Tele are still among the hottest and trendiest solid six-stringers you can find on the market. After six full decades for Tele and few years less for Strat, one might think that these two oldies might have grown tired, weary and obsolete. But, Fender`s Standard series has the means to prove the unfaithful ones wrong. Very wrong. Standard Stratocaster HSS Swirl and Telecaster Swirl introduced for the summer of 2013, give a completely new and fresh vibe, while cleverly preserving the essence that`s made them so immensely popular.
Fender Standard Stratocaster HSS Swirl comes with a solid and double-cut body made of alder. It is paired with a standard C-contoured maple neck. Top of the body is flat and it features the big black pickguard, which gives the perfect contrast to the playful and multi-colored paint job. Standard six-string tremolo bridge with string-through construction is fronted with a set of Standard series Strat pickups. Pickups are featured in regular HSS pattern and have the standard controls. 21-fret fingerboard is made of rosewood on this one.
