Peavey Introduces AT-200 Guitar

Peavey and Antares Audio Tecnologies team up to bring one of the most advanced guitars on the market, the Peavey AT-200.

Peavey has always been at the fore front of the music industry with game changing innovations. More than once Peavey revolutionized the way industry functions and once again has come the time for Peavey to show and lead the way into the future. The new AT-200 guitar brings Auto Tune system from Antares Audio Technologies. It is a system specially developed for the use on electric guitars and AT-200 is currently it`s promoter. This system allows players to play care free and tune up at any given moment, even on stage between the songs, without the need to stop the show. As all truly revolutionary concepts, this one is simple to use and utterly effective. Judging by how seamlessly it fits with AT-200 and how handy and easy to use it is, Auto Tune system is here to stay.

Peavey AT-200 is a solid bodied guitar with double cut body made of basswood. Bridge upon the body is a hardtail with string-through construction and black painting. Pickups on this model are Peavey-designed passive humbuckers in both the bridge and neck positions. Master volume, master tone and three-way toggle pickup switch comprise the set of regular electronics for AT-200. Both the tone and volume knobs have push-pull switches for the manipulation with Auto Tune system. Besides the regular 1/4" input jack, AT-200 is equipped with an 8-pin DIN input. Auto Tune system is operated by four AA batteries and can be turned on and off at any given moment. Neck on this model is made of maple nad it is bolted to the body. On the upper side, it is covered with a 24-fret fingerboard made of rosewood. Die cast tuners and 25-1/2" scale complete the specs list for the AT-200.
