Ibanez introduces a brand new model into the famed Road Core series. It is RC320, a double-cut beauty with offset body.
Ibanez is rightfully considered one of the biggest and most important guitar manufacturers. But the glory and success bring the burden of ever growing responsibility and obligation to push the bar further every time. Among the Ibanez solid bodied guitars, RG series reigns supreme, with a strong support by the surrounding series. One of those series is Road Core, a line of sturdy, versatile and trusty electrics. One more strong point of RC models is the sheer beauty of the offset bodies, which are reminiscent of the iconic Jaguar. This time around, Ibanez updates the series with one new model, the RC320. Offset body with double cutaway, strong and versatile sound and high quality of the build give this model very strong starting position for the battle on the unforgiving fields of guitar market.
Ibanez RC320 comes with a mahogany-made body, which is paired with a maple neck. Body is equipped with white binding, glossy finish over both the black and cherry color options and a black plastic pickguard on both. Top wood cover is omitted from the specs list. Neck is bolted to the body with a four-bolt joint and equipped with a standard RC contour. On top of the neck, Ibanez installs a 22-fret rosewood fingerboard. Frets are medium-sized and marked with dot position inlays. Besides these, fingerboard also features 1.65" wide string nut and 9.45" radius. Headstock is equipped with a set of six chrome-plated tuners. Bridge section is also plated in chrome and it sports a tight-tune bridge with string-through construction. A pair of Road Core humbucking pickups is installed in front of the bridge. They`re strong, versatile and have a massive sustain.
