Schecter introduces three brand new electric guitars this time. Banshee 6 Passive, PT Fastback II and Corsair ABSN.
People over at Schecter Guitars are working tirelessly to bring a new and updated catalog ready for the NAMM Show that`s coming up in about two weeks. This time, Schecter introduces the update number two. It consists of three models. All three are electric guitars, but they all come from different areas of the catalog. Corsair ABSN and PT Fastback II B are vintage-styled guitars. Corsair is semi-hollow guitar made in the vein of legendary ES models from Gibson, while the PT Fastback is a solid-bodied guitar with single cutaway and much resemblance to the iconic 1972 Telecaster. Banshee 6 FR Passive is a part of a newly introduced series and it is a classic super-strat guitar with solid, doublecut body made of alder.
Schecter PT Fastback II B is a single-cut guitar with solid body made of alder. There is no top wood cover on top of the body. The only cover is the plastic pickguard made in the style of the 1972 Telecaster. Bridge section is features a tune-o-matic bridge in the front and for the tailpiece, player chooses. The choice is between Bigsby vibrato and a regular stoptail bar. Schecter`s Diamond active humbuckers are installed in the front. Maple neck is bolted to the body and it`s topped with a 22-fret rosewood fingerboard. For more info check PT Fastback II B detail page on our site, or on Schecter Guitars official web page.
